Who I Am
Social but introverted — I love being around people, I just need to recharge after. I take pride in what I build and put a lot of care into it.
How I Work
Very much a planner. I like helping others, transparent communication, and taking initiative. The unknown doesn't scare me, I know I can figure things out.
Why Tech
I got into development after seeing how much a single well-built feature could change someone's day at work. I wanted to be the one building those things, not just benefiting from them.
Right Now
Currently wrapping up a 6 month internship at Scania. Good mentors, a team that made it easy to ask questions and make mistakes, and work that's genuinely fun even when it's challenging. It's confirmed that this is what I want to do. Looking for somewhere stable to keep growing.
My Journey So Far
Lima → Madrid
Moved with my family as a kid. Madrid is where I grew up, found my footing, and spent my teenage years.
Stockholm
Moved to Sweden and started fresh — first in retail, then as a support specialist for a gaming company for a few years. That's where I started working alongside developers and saw what good tech actually does for people and the passion for it.
The switch to tech
Watching developers solve problems that changed how people worked every day made me want in. I've always liked building systems, testing things, and figuring out why something works or doesn't — dev just made that official.
Studying fullstack
TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. A lot of late nights and a lot of things clicking into place.
Internship
Honestly one of the best experiences I could have asked for. The kind of environment where asking questions feels normal, mistakes are part of the process, and the work itself is genuinely interesting. Confirmed a lot for me.
